Founded in 2000 with the headquarter in Ha Noi and two branches in Ho Chi Minh city and Da Nang city, IIG Vietnam is a leading company in Educational Testing and Accreditation.

IIG Vietnam is particularly well-known as the Country Representative for the Educational Testing Service (ETS) with the responsibility of introducing and promoting educational practice and testing programs such as TOEFL iBT, TOEFL ITP, TOEIC, TOEIC Bridge, TFI, Criterion, and CALL in Vietnam and Indochina region as a whole. Besides, IIG Vietnam is the only organization promoting and administering the JPT ( Japanese Proficiency Test) in Vietnam.

To better satisfy the market’s demands as well as the company’s ever growing development, we are currently seeking for brilliant candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Sales Officer (02 in Hanoi City)

Job Description:

- Introducing and promoting educational products and services to clients;

- Developing and implementing Sales and Marketing Strategies for current and new products of the company;

- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;

- Researching and gathering market and customer information;

- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

- Following up and take care existing clients of the company;

- Building up and developing relationships with potential customers;

- Other tasks as required.

Requirements:

- At least Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or English language;

- Ability and desire to sell;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Ability to follow up all procedures of the company;

- A confident and determined approach; resilience, and the ability to cope with rejection; a high degree of self-motivation and ambition;

- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team;

- The ability to flourish in a competitive environment;

- Fluency in English (based on the company TOEIC benchmark);

- Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express);

2. Training product consultant

Job Description:

- Do a research of product functions and benefits

- Train customers in the technique of using products

- Manage and develop customer services such as information provision, product presentation, contract draft for signing, customer care, reports and returns of sale progress, solution proposal, etc.

- Develop products

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or English language;

- Bachelor Degree in Medical University or Nursing University

- Bachelor is required

- Fluency in 4 skills of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

- Sense of doing business

- At least 1 year experience in sales or marketing

- Knowlegde of technique and methods of English teaching. Experience in English teaching is an advantage.

- Fluency in office softwares

- Skills in professional working, analysis, and working in high pressure environment

- Active, dymanic, and logical

- Excellent communication skills

3. Overseas study consultant

Job Description:

- Consult overseas study for students and other objectives

- Directly implement transaction, provide customers with information about courses at foreign universities, and consult suitable courses to meet the demand of customers

- Contact foreign universities to complete files of study application

- Participate in organizing workshops, education exhibition, and promotion of courses at foreign universities

- Cooperate with PR Department to implement the promotion of company activities and branchname.

- Implement other tasks as Board of Director required

- Support other departments when necessary

Requirements:

- Bachelor or Diploma is required

- At least 2 years experience in customer consultancy and services. A candidate experiencing in overseas study consultancy at the USA, UK, and Australia is an advantage.

- Fluency in English writing and speaking (Candidates will be tested by TOEIC).

- Excellent communication skills

- Good appearance
